Testimony Release Agreement

I hereby agree to allow you to record, broadcast, publish and/or distribute (“utilize”) my appearance or my written work submitted (“performance”) on your television production, ministry product and / or publication (“project”) for Rod Parsley, World Harvest Church and its ministries, subsidiaries and other affiliates (collectively “WHC”). In consideration of the mutual benefits resulting from this arrangement, I agree as follows:

1. Any statements made by me and used in the performance were completely true and accurate to the best of my knowledge and belief.
2. WHC is the sole and exclusive owner of all rights in and to the contents of my performance. WHC may utilize the performance for any reasonable purpose, with or without editing, as long as the replay of the performance is to the public or to a private “non-paying” audience, as was the original performance, without limitations as to the time or place of such event.
3. I will indemnify and hold harmless WHC or any of its agents, assignees, licensees, trustees or employees, for any and all damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including court costs and attorney fees incurred or claimed against them as a result of my performance or any words spoken, action or communication by me during my performance.
4. You have the right to use my name, likeness, and such other biographical material as I may furnish for the purpose of utilizing, advertising or publicizing the project
